Prior to joining Novacap, Mr. Belec was an Investment Banking Associate at RBC Capital Markets where he advised on a number of M&A transactions and debt and equity financings across various industries. Previously, he worked as a Summer Analyst at Viola Growth based in Herzliya, Israel and as a Private Equity Intern at Forum Equity Partners in Toronto.
