IPL Inc.
Founded in 1939, IPL Inc. is one of the largest players in the Canadian plastics industry. The Company employs close to 900 people and maintains business and technological relations with many national and international industry leaders. IPL is primarily engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of more than 400 moulded, plastic resin-based products through injection and extrusion. The Company’s activities are grouped into two large activity segments: packaging products (bulk and retail products) and industrial products. The industrial products segment is divided into two additional segments: waste management/materials handling and engineered products. Its products are manufactured out of its four plants located in St-Damien (QC), St-Lazare (QC), Lawrenceville (QC) and Edmundston, (NB).
