Anne Plamondon is a lawyer and joined Novacap in 2008.
Before joining Novacap in October 2008, Me Plamondon was in private practice in the field of business law advising clients in the following areas: mergers and acquisitions, financing, reorganizations and public-private partnerships. In addition, Me Plamondon was advising clients on various aspects of their activities such as drafting and negotiating joint ventures, shareholders' agreements and share or asset purchase agreements.
Me Plamondon received her law degree from Laval University in 1999 and was called to the Québec Bar in 2000.
