David Lewin has been working in the area of mergers, acquisitions, and company financings since 2005.
Mr. Lewin joined Novacap in 2011. Previously, he was with PSP Investments’ Private Equity group for three years, where he was involved in a broad range of transactions, including the acquisition of Telesat and its subsequent merger with Loral Skynet. Prior to that, Mr. Lewin was in the investment banking division of National Bank Financial, where he performed advisory work on a number of merger, acquisition and financing transactions.
Mr. Lewin holds a B.B.A. (With Great Distinction) from HEC Montréal and an M.B.A. (Dean’s Honour List) from McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management. He is co-founder and director of St.-Lawrence Consortium, a private business club for Montreal’s young business leaders.
