Marc Beauchamp has more than 30 years of experience in the private equity and venture capital industry.
After obtaining his MBA at Columbia University in New York, Mr. Beauchamp held various positions in investment banking, turning around troubled companies and operating Westhill Industries, a company in the auto part distribution industry. The latter did an IPO and the company was successfully acquired. In 1980, he joined Innocan, a leading venture capital fund. Mr. Beauchamp founded Novacap in 1981, he is President of Novacap Investments Inc. and Novacap II, L.P. also, Managing Partner of Novacap Technologies III, L.P.
Mr. Beauchamp is on the board of Novacap Inc., Technomedia Inc. and PKWare Inc.
Mr. Beauchamp was awarded the title of Builder of the Year in 1995 by the Commerce magazine. He was also named Outstanding Entrepreneur by Les Nouveaux Performants.
