Before joining Novacap, Mr. Chan worked as a Senior Manager, Corporate Development & Investor Relations at Yellow Pages Group where he supported several acquisition and sale transactions, long-term corporate planning and investor relations activities. He has also previously worked as a Senior Advisor, Corporate Development at Domtar Corporation.
